Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tour or experience with Bouallam Tours. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payments
Bookings are confirmed once a reservation request has been submitted and acknowledged by our team via email or WhatsApp. A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the tour type.
- Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are per person unless stated otherwise.
- Child prices apply to children aged 3–12 years. Children under 3 travel free.
- Prices include all listed inclusions but exclude personal travel insurance, tips, and any purchases not specified.
- Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other methods agreed prior to the tour.
- Bouallam Tours reserves the right to adjust pricing due to fuel costs, government taxes, or other unforeseen factors. You will be notified before any change affects a confirmed booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

Cancellations by Bouallam Tours (e.g., due to extreme weather or safety concerns) will result in a full refund or a rescheduled tour at no extra cost.
3. Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to local customs, fellow travellers, guides, and the natural environment.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs will not be permitted on any tour.
- Please dress respectfully, particularly when visiting religious or cultural sites.
- Photography of local people should always be done with their explicit consent.
- Bouallam Tours reserves the right to remove any guest from a tour for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour without refund.
4. Safety & Liability
The safety of our guests is our highest priority. However, participation in outdoor and adventure activities carries inherent risk.
- Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
- Bouallam Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
- We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel.
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or physical limitations at the time of booking.
- Our guides carry basic first-aid equipment and are trained in emergency procedures.
5. Privacy Policy
Bouallam Tours collects personal information (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of processing and communicating about bookings.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Your data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal obligations.
- You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
- We may use aggregate, anonymised data to improve our services.
6. Changes to These Terms
Bouallam Tours reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
